Studio Calico Sunday Sketch

Good morning everyone, I hope you had a great weekend.  Ours was okay, still feeling a lot of sadness about what happened last week in CT.  It's going to take awhile before the world stops crying...

I really like the Sunday Sketch over at Studio Calico this weekend and decided to give it a try.  You can see the sketch on the blog, I can never seem to download it for some reason...anyway, here is my take on it...

You could use up to four photos for this sketch, but I only had this one of my cousin Vinny and his girlfriend Sara.  Are they not the most adorable couple? Love them both.  Vinny was born when I was 19, and I lived with him, his sister who was 10 at the time and his parents.  So he's like a little brother to me.  He's 23 now and it kills me sometimes, maybe because that means I am soooo old now!! lol

I used lots of MME goodies on this one and through in a little AC.  Love how this turned out.  I have to get and pick up the wee one from preschool, have a great day and thanks for looking!!

  5. I love your layout! So happy and gorgeous! I love every thing about it! I know what you mean about the events in CT. I can't imagine living there, because I'm seeing reminders of it everywhere I look here where I live. So, so sad!
